May 2023 - Received NZCS Silver Award for work on season 1 "Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power" and awarded full accreditation of NZCS.

June 2023 - Wrapped shooting season 2 "Rings of Power" in the UK - 9 months of fun, challenges and ingenuity with the legend Vic Armstrong directing.

***February 2024 - "The Woodland Horror Project" is in active development. Penned by renowned horror writer, Rob Green, this feature film is seeking cast and funding. With Peter directing and producing, using his talented contacts, with a planned UK Autumn shoot in the UK, watch this space.....***

Peter cut his teeth at Optical Film Effects Ltd, Pinewood Studios, England before building a formidable reputation as a sought-after main and second unit DOP and camera operator in the international feature film and television worlds. 

As a personality, Peter is well known internationally and remains a grounded and well-liked individual, pragmatic and quality driven. He is comfortable with a wide range of projects ranging from the humble short and low budget film to the biggest shows worldwide. 

Somehow, in amongst Peter’s 50+ movie credits, he has found time to contribute to or shoot 18 or so TV shows and more than a handful of television commercials. In addition to his main body of work, Peter enjoys running additional units as DOP for 2nd, action, splinter, VFX and model/miniature units.

Peter resides in both England & New Zealand and is available for film and television projects worldwide.

Just wrapped season 2 of Amazon's "Lord of the Rings, Rings of Power" after starting in September 2022. What a journey with director Vic Armstrong again. Very proud of our considerable work... looking forward to seeing the end result next year.
